Our goal is to ship every order within 24 hours USPS media mail. If your order is placed during the weekend or on a holiday, your order will be shipped the next business day. For International orders, shipping times vary. You can always check the status of your order by logging into your account.

Digital Products
When ordering digital products (MP3's and eBooks) download them to your computer within 24 hours. You may download items up to but not exceeding 5 times for up to and not exceeding 30 days from the date of purchase.
Returns Policy
You may return new and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery for a full product (less shipping) refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
